Blog 5: A Photograph

Photography is one of my favorite hobbies, I own many photos that I have taken over the years.

I personally like to photograph urban planning in general.

This hobby started many years ago, I have worked photographing in the Chilean Socialist Party photographing important milestones during 2015-2017 and leaving it simply as another activity when I entered university

The photo that I have taken and  my favorite is this:

This photo was taken three years ago, during the winter sunset from the San Cristobal hill. I really like this photo because it represents many things for me: nostalgia, memories, failed loves and fear of the future.

I remember when I took this photo, I was with a special person, currently that person is no longer there, but it was she who helped me to continue in this world of photography that I practice until today.

Blog 4: Movies and Series

I'm not a person who watches many movies or series, but as I indicated in the first blog, my favorite movie is "Good Bye, Lenin!"
Good Bye, Lenin! is a german movie made in 2003. The director of the movie is Wolfang Becker.

The story begins in East Germany, before the fall of the Berlin wall. Christiane goes into a coma and subsequently wake up in unified Germany. She is fan of socialist ideas and is member of Socialist Unity Party of Germany. She passed out when his son Alexander Kerner is seen in anti-government protest.
The plot is bassed on how Alexander hides the fall of the wall so that his mother doesn't fall into a coma again by the emocional impact which can produce this historic event.
I like this movie because it's interesting to see the tricks of Alexander to keep his mother happy and the fall of the wall is the most important event of the cold war.

Blog 3: My Favourite Piece of Technology

Hi again
I have a good relation with tecnology since I was young. In 2005 I received my first computer, that computer was very basic, It didn't have a internet conexión!
In 2010 the laptops was very popular, that object tuned in my favourite piece of technology until today when I got one in this year.
Laptops are very comfortable, I can study and play videogames in them. For this reason, I really like this piece of technology
In the current situation if you don't have a laptop or computer, life would be very complicated, but only in this context. In the real life that object is expendable.
I used the laptop every days for differents purposes, study is the principal reason.

BLOG 2: WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS CAREER?

It's very complicated to splain why I chose Public Administration to study.
When I was a child my aspirations were diversed. I wanted to be a firefigther or a doctor but this dreams dissapear when I realized that the firefighthers were volunteers and I had no science skills.

As I finished the highschool I believed in my pedagogic habilities but My history teacher told me about how is a complicated to be a teacher in this country.
So, That's why I decided to study Public Administration, the career is my second passion. We solve problems and give options in difficultis. To me this is very funny.
Until today I think that being a teacher is my dream, but Public Administration is a very good career and I like it.

BLOG 1: AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Hi everyone, this is my personal blog uwu

My name is Nicolás Salas Silva, I'm 20 years old. I born in Santiago de Chile on Jaunary 1st, 2000.
I grew up in the west of Santiago with my family, but in 2015 we moved to Maipú, where I currently live.
The first memories about my chilhood is in the dirt courts from my neighborhood. I played soccer until I was 16 years old, but an injury in my ankle doesn't let me continue playing sports.
I also remeber that I listening Illapu and Sol y Lluvia. My grandfather was a member of Salvador Allende´s group of friends (GAP), which explain a lot this anecdote.
My father is a baker and my mother is a secretary, while my sister study Social Job in Universidad Cardenal Silva Hénriquez.

I started to study in Liceo San José where I completed all my education, -yes, I studied 12 years in this place-, being the second highest score of the 2017 generation. -the highest score was from my ex-girlfriend-
I got into Public Administration at Universidad de Chile in 2018, and this is my third year in the university.
In my free time, I play videogames, listening music and play the bass. My favortie movie is "Good Bye Lenin!" and I usually smoke a lot of cigarrettes.
I'm a simple man, I don't have more to say.
